Mintos, a European alternative investing platform, has concluded a crowdsourcing campaign on Crowdcube, raising €3.1 million.
Over 3300 people have contributed a total of €3.1 million to the campaign, which sought to encourage both current investors and the general public to become shares in Mintos. The campaign ran for 14 days.
Within the first 40 minutes of the campaign's debut, the company raised the minimum amount of €1 million needed.
"The quick success of the campaign underscores the strong confidence and support of our investors in Mintos' vision and growth potential," says Martins Sulte, CEO and co-founder of Mintos.
With crowdsourcing, Mintos has an impressive track record of generating money. The business received €6.5 million from 6100 investors in 2020.
