505 Brannan Street is home to a 150,000-square-foot office complex that has a new sublease agreement inked by Adyen, the preferred worldwide financial technology platform for major enterprises.
Subject to all necessary regulatory permissions, the lease will run until December 2032. Adyen's new office will occupy all six floors of the structure.
Adyen's San Francisco team of over 300 workers will have a bustling tech and commercial hub in their new headquarters. The area has been carefully planned to promote teamwork, creativity, and a happy workplace. Additionally, it is well situated adjacent to a large number of Adyen's San Francisco-based North American clients.

Adyen's North American headquarters are in San Francisco, and the company also maintains sizable offices in Chicago, New York, and Toronto. North America was the company's fastest-growing region, with net revenues up 27% year over year, according to Adyen's most recent half-year results.
