Visa becomes a partner of AWS.

Leading provider of digital payments globally, Visa (NYSE: V) announced today that it has become a member of the AWS Partner Network (APN), a global community that uses AWS tools, programs, technologies, and experience to provide services and solutions for clients.

Visa's inclusion in the APN will provide more effective access to and integration of a selection of its services for its partners and clients, including fintechs that operate in the cloud.

Simplified International Payments
Visa is dedicated to enhancing the speed, ease, and security of transactions for all stakeholders involved in the payments ecosystem. With hundreds of software offerings and over 300,000 global users, the AWS Marketplace is where Visa will provide a selection of its payment services.

Visa is reaching its customers where they are by providing its services over AWS. Visa Cross-Border Solutions, which helps to simplify the process of sending and receiving money internationally and storing numerous currencies, is one of the first services to be made available.Visa's clients won't need to leave their current platforms because of this strategic stance, which enables them to incorporate products like Visa Cross-Border Solutions into their daily operations.

Cloud-Based Networking
Visa intends to make more of its goods available to customers who use the cloud through AWS. Businesses using Visa Cloud Connect to create secure AWS Privatelink access can already process payments over AWS on VisaNet, the worldwide processing network for Visa.

Financial institutions, corporations, and cloud-native fintechs have discovered that utilizing cloud services helps expedite the rollout of services and increase client uptake. It can also help reduce the expenses related to local data centers by putting in place specialized hardware such as payment hardware security modules and physical routers (HSMs).

Fintech Solutions to Empower Startups


Additionally, Visa is pleased to announce that it is now a part of AWS Activate, the company's premier startup initiative.Fintech companies can get up to $100,000 in AWS Activate credits to assist accelerate their growth and shorten their time to market if they enroll in the Visa Fintech Fast Track program and are confirmed by AWS to be qualified.
