Verisk, a leading worldwide provider of data analytics and technology, has teamed up with Seek Now to improve the property insurance industry's claims evaluation procedure.

With this move, Verisk hopes to increase the efficiency of claims processing by integrating Seek Now's technology with their range of property estimate products.

Verisk and Seek Now's shared clients will gain from an expedited and streamlined claims resolution process as a result of this merger, which will improve policyholder experiences and claims results.

The collaboration will speed up real-time routing and smooth data transfer, lowering the cycle times for property insurance claims.

"By integrating directly within Verisk's Property Estimating Solutions, every adjuster within our extensive network of mutual insurance carrier customers gains swift access to ground truth data, often within just 24 hours," stated Seek Now CEO Russ Carroll. Regardless of the type of claim—wind/hail, interior, water damage, or any other—adjusters will now have an easy way to improve their adjudication procedures, guaranteeing better service than previously for owners of homes and businesses.

Verisk's focus to streamlining complicated processes and promoting cooperation within the insurance sector is demonstrated by its commitment to innovation and efficiency in an open claims environment.

Verisk wants to lower operating expenses while increasing customer satisfaction by providing insurers and claims specialists with precise estimates and early severity identification.

"Verisk continues to expand our open ecosystem and to innovate to help our clients complete their important work with greater ease, efficiency, and accuracy," said Aaron Brunko, president of Verisk's property estimating solutions. We are happy to welcome Seek Now into our cooperative ecosystem, with the goal of boosting claims productivity and benefiting the whole insurance value chain.
