Expanding the Thredd team is a part of a larger strategy to improve the company's product offering, create new services for its global clientele, and provide more geographic availability. This includes the recent announcement of Thredd's entry into the U.S. market in collaboration with longtime partner B4B Payments.

Amit Bhargava, a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in product, engineering, and operations at prominent technology companies including Visa, PayPal, and Yahoo!, has joined as the Global Head of Issuer Solutions. Amit will be in charge of advancing digital transformation throughout Thredd's services to improve customer experience and maximize P&L performance. He has expertise executing significant transformations and is focused on providing solutions that increase client value.

As the new Global Head of Product Solutions, Ryan Dew will be in charge of developing Thredd's fundamental product features. He leads product teams for next-generation prepaid, credit, debit, and core digital banking and payments capabilities at fintechs and international banking and payments processors. He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in payments.

Cindy Custers, who was previously Director of Product Management at Visa and has had positions at American Express, Discover, and 10x Future Technologies, takes on the newly established position of VP Network Partnerships & Money Movement. Cindy will carefully collaborate with Thredd's network partners to incorporate new features and services for users.

Yash Piplani, who was appointed Head of Technical Product Management, will be in charge of the group responsible for developing Thredd's Product Enablement and Core Financial platforms. He was Director of Product Management & General Manager at Nubank before, and he has a lot of expertise creating horizontal platform products for millions of customers.
