AmplifyME, the world's top supplier of simulation-based financial experiences, today announced the opening of its ground-breaking Investment Banking Pathway, marking a significant advancement in how recent graduates enter the financial sector.
Students from more than 400 campuses worldwide will participate in a two-hour real-world M&A simulation as part of the launch of the AmplifyME Investment Banking Pathway. During this simulation, they will work through the primary duties of a Junior Analyst, from financial modeling to valuation analysis. The flagship Investment Bank Academy, a four-hour team-based IPO experience, is open to top performers through AmplifyME. Remarkable attendees of the academy will then be directed to specific investment banking associates for employment prospects.
This innovative pathway builds on the success of AmplifyME's Sales & Trading Pathway, which was provided in collaboration with Morgan Stanley. It is open-access and free of cost. Candidates educated with AmplifyME accounted for 40% of Morgan Stanley's EMEA Sales & Trading interns in 2023.
AmplifyME has leveled the playing field for the industry by utilizing this creative strategy of offering free, live, and realistic experiences across a wide range of education providers. This ensures that candidates are evaluated solely on their talents, regardless of any other traits.
Moreover, AmplifyME's paths function as educational entry points. More than 120,000 applicants have participated in AmplifyME's open-access simulations to date, which provide participants with real-world experience in the financial industry and reveal appealing career prospects in the field.
"We are excited to launch our new Investment Banking pathway, which will offer a unique opportunity for students to gain practical insights into the finance industry," says Will de Lucy, co-founder and CEO of AmplifyME. Our paths help our partners find the best candidates for their graduate programs as well as graduates who want to explore the exciting career options in financial services.
"Anyone is welcome to participate in our pathway simulation experiences, which give participants a chance to learn more about the financial services industry and the actual career opportunities it can offer."
