GoCardless, a bank payment startup, has expanded its collaboration with Intuit QuickBooks by releasing apps in the United States and Australia.
Prominent payment company GoCardless has extended its relationship with Intuit QuickBooks by launching a GoCardless app in the US and Australia's Intuit QuickBooks Marketplace.
By releasing two new apps in these areas, 225,000 QuickBooks users will be able to take advantage of Direct Debit, which will decrease late payments and enhance cash flow.
The agreement strengthens the GoCardless and Intuit QuickBooks partnership that has been in place since 2016 in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
SMEs are supported by GoCardless and Intuit.
A favorite of small and medium-sized businesses, Intuit QuickBooks's most recent partnership expansion with GoCardless will help its customers take better control of their money.
QuickBooks clients can use automatic invoicing to collect payments from their customers on the due date by utilizing GoCardless' technology. Money is taken straight out of clients' bank accounts and processed through the QuickBooks platform for reconciliation.
SMEs in the US and Australia can now save money on processing fees by switching to Direct Debit payments instead of credit card payments.
By doing away with the need to manually initiate bank transfers and update card details, this enables SMEs to provide a more secure and seamless payments experience to their own customers.
Both parties are certain that this greatly lowers the possibility of failed or delayed payments as well as customer attrition.
Because of the current macroeconomic uncertainty, SMEs' financial needs have become more apparent. Intuit and GoCardless have now increased their efforts to meet these small businesses' payment needs.
GoCardless Vice President of Partnerships Seb Hempstead states: "One way we can help small businesses in this challenging economic climate is through our partnership with Intuit Quickbooks.
We can improve cash flow and control expenses by lowering failed and late payments as well as the related administrative work, and by turning on automatic reconciliation. SMBs can now devote more time to expanding their companies as a result.
We can't wait to release our apps in the US and Australia. This strengthens our already strong partnership with Intuit QuickBooks and demonstrates our dedication to enabling bank payments for small businesses worldwide.
