A renowned French startup that specializes in creating artificial intelligence (AI) platforms and services for the financial services industry, DreamQuark has been acquired by Linedata (Euronext Paris: LIN), a global provider of asset management and credit technology, data, and services.
With this acquisition, Linedata, a well-known artificial intelligence company that helps top banks run more efficiently, expands its reach into important industries like credit, insurance, and asset management. DreamQuark's experience and long-term partnerships with organizations like Gambit Financial and the Royal Bank of Scotland contribute to these synergies, which provide DreamQuark a distinct advantage in the market and are intended to enhance front- and back-office operations management procedures.
"The fundamental basis of this partnership is a mutual understanding of the crucial role artificial intelligence plays in the financial industry, combined with an ideal alignment of principles and technological capabilities," says Timothée Raymond, Head of Business Development. "With this acquisition, we can add 10 years of technological know-how in artificial intelligence to complement Linedata's existing competence in this field. The combination of DreamQuark's and Linedata's skills creates new opportunities for providing our clients with creative answers to their business problems."
DreamQuark has made a name for itself since its founding in 2014 with the creation of its AI engines, most notably its SaaS NBA (Next Best Action) solutions. These solutions improve advisor and client satisfaction by making it easier to identify and prioritize activities that need to be completed. The solutions ensure appropriate management of risks associated with AI while providing improved advising, reinforced compliance, intelligent document retrieval, and effective collecting of ESG data.
These technologies will serve as the basis for the creation of fresh, creative solutions in addition to easily integrating into Linedata's current software, such as the Linedata AMP platform and its Accumen module, which is devoted to portfolio management optimization.
"We are thrilled to join Linedata and look forward to bringing our expertise and energy to their clients," says DreamQuark CEO Nicolas Meric. We can't wait to address the difficulties in incorporating generative AI into the credit, insurance, and asset management industries and offer them high-value solutions."
