BNP Paribas will be introducing Tap to Pay on iPhone to its corporate clients in France in the upcoming weeks.
With just their iPhone and the AXEPTA BNP Paribas app, retailers can accept physical debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and other digital wallets utilizing Tap to Pay on iPhone, doing away with the need for additional hardware or card readers.
The primary payment methods accepted in France when BNP Paribas launches Tap to Pay on the iPhone are Visa, Mastercard, and Cartes Bancaires (CB), which together handle over half of all daily payments made in the country.
