Rizzi will handle operations in the London Market, UK Regional Market, Australia, and the EU in addition to leading Arch's claims function and strategy. Her supervisor will be Kirsten Valder, Deputy CEO of Arch Insurance International, and she will be based in London.

She will bring to her new position more than 20 years of expertise in both legal practice and claims management. Prior to joining Arch in 2013, Rizzi oversaw third-party claims as head of the department. Before joining the company, she worked as an insurance law specialist for prestigious legal companies including Kennedys Law LLP and Clyde & Co LLP, where she obtained invaluable expertise. Rizzi is a licensed attorney in Italy and England & Wales.

Along with her accomplishments in her career, Rizzi is passionate in helping women at Arch develop in their careers. She leads Arch's UK Women & Allies Network as co-chair. Women in the organization can benefit from networking, sponsorship, and mentoring thanks to this network.
