The fintech behemoth Adyen teams up with Adobe Commerce to improve online and in-store payment capabilities for international business retailers.
Adyen, a worldwide financial technology platform that provides businesses with payment solutions, has teamed with Adobe Commerce to improve enterprise merchants that trade internationally's ability to make payments online and in-store.
Adyen's portfolio of payment and fintech solutions is now available to any business using the Adobe Commerce platform, giving Adobe Commerce's clients the opportunity to streamline and expand their consumer payments experiences across channels and international markets.
Adyen & Adobe: Providing more to enhance the payment capabilities of retailers
Adyen's unified commerce solution is now accessible through Adobe Commerce, giving retailers access to a comprehensive customer perspective. According to Adyen, this will boost payment success rates, enhance fraud-blocking capabilities, and provide additional avenues for retailers to thank their consumers.
With Adyen's technology, a merchant can access and manage their whole payments infrastructure by connecting their physical and online payments. Adyen's checkout is an option for merchants using Adobe Commerce, and it offers superior data for conversion optimization.
"Today's enterprise merchants need to connect their data with personalised customer experiences to exceed shopper expectations online and in-store," says Kyle Jenke, vice president and global head of partnerships at Adyen.
"This strategic partnership powers the growth of enterprise merchants worldwide by combining Adobe's leadership in digital experience, commerce, content, and analytics with our global payments and expertise."
Adyen's latest collaboration comes after a flurry of recent announcements over the previous few weeks, including its relationship with BT Group, which powers its iPhone payments and BT Tap to Pay app, and Riverty, to add purchase now, pay later (BNPL) features to its platform.
Following the rebranding from Magento to bring all goods and services under one roof, Adobe's new alliance with Adyen advances its goal to enhance its financial capabilities.
"Adobe Commerce is expanding our ecosystem to support global omnichannel enterprises," says Jason Knell, Senior Director of Content and Commerce Partnerships at Adobe, in reference to the company's most recent agreement.
"By collaborating with Adyen, we can offer adaptable and expandable payment options for any location or mode of operation where our clients conduct business."
