Christian G. Kasper has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) and Martin Simoncic has been named the company's new chief executive officer (CEO).

The firm specializes on providing cloud-based software solutions meant to make client service management and insurance sales processes more efficient.

The platform from Zywave provides insurance professionals with cutting-edge solutions to increase productivity and operational efficiency with the goal of enhancing customer happiness and spurring business expansion.

The recently hired CEO, Simoncic, was formerly president of PROS Holdings' B2B division, where he also held vice president of product management and chief customer officer positions.

Additionally, he worked as vice president of customer success and professional services at Vertafore.

In the meanwhile, Kasper, who has over 30 years of operational and financial expertise, joins Zywave as CFO. He has held the position of CFO for six businesses, two of which were cloud-based software companies like EnterpriseDB and Reflexis Systems.

Simoncic is a great choice to manage Zywave because of his experience growing software businesses and fostering innovation in SaaS solutions. Kasper will assist in guiding the business toward its expansion goals with his broad experience in finance leadership across several sectors.

Zywave's investors, Clearlake Capital and Aurora Capital, affirmed their trust in the new team and stressed the importance of the executives' combined software industry knowledge for the company's sustained expansion.
