Zilch, the first ad-supported payments network in history, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have expanded their partnership to accelerate the integration of AI innovations across all of their products.
By utilizing AWS's cutting-edge AI and ML technologies, the partnership seeks to improve Zilch's AI capabilities and transform fraud detection, merchant interactions, and customer experience.
Zilch, which is well-known for its cutting-edge ad-supported payments network, collaborates with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, raising the bar for fraud detection, merchant engagement, and customer care.
The business will keep using AWS ML and AI technologies to transform merchant engagement, fraud detection, and consumer engagements. With this collaboration, the market for consumer loan and payment solutions will be completely redefined.
Zilch's co-founder and CEO, Philip Belamant, said, "We have access to 15–18 times the data that our nearest competitors have since our clients utilize Zilch about 100 times a year. Our substantial, superior data sets along with AWS's AI and ML capabilities will provide us with a clear competitive edge. AI will be used by Zilch to invest in boosting employee productivity, speeding unit economics, and adding value for our clients.
"We're delighted that Zilch has selected AWS to bring the transformative potential of AI and generative AI to consumer lending," said Tricia Troth, Head of Startups, UK and Ireland, at AWS. Zilch is able to provide more precise and quick loan choices, reach more customers in the UK, and enter new markets and geographies thanks to Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock.
"Zilch was literally born in the cloud," said Sean Hederman, Chief Technology Officer of Zilch, "we first called AWS back in 2018 when we were just sketching out the first tech architecture." We're happy to say that the majority of our infrastructure is now powered by AWS. This has made it possible for us to manage the enormous scale we've reached with ease. We're now accelerating to fully implement our improved AI approach and bringing on top AI talent. As a result, we will quickly transition from our present cloud operations, which lead the market, to a new hyperscale data and artificial intelligence-driven cloud environment.
