A leader in Digital Communications Governance (DCG) & Compliance, Theta Lake, has unveiled a number of new product developments aimed at meeting changing client needs.
With new integrations, new capabilities, and methods to acquire/consume Theta Lake features, the company has introduced a host of noteworthy market advances.
By reaffirming its position as the top unified compliance platform for digital communications governance, the move will enable the company to achieve new heights in terms of unified compliance coverage.
The company is working with RingCentral as a partner and Zoom as an OEM to expand its reach and acquisition possibilities.
The innovations include support for AWS or Azure deployment, including Bring Your Own Encryption Key and Bring Your Own Storage options, comprehensive compliance for whiteboard and visual communications, unified compliance for Zoom, coverage across multiple use cases, and multi-language audio transcription.
It provides an adaptable range of functions, such as proactive response for insider risk and surveillance, compliance capture, record-keeping, unified search, storage, and risk detection.
As a result, voice, SMS, whiteboards, and multilingual visual collaboration will all be covered by its compliance coverage.
Theta Lake's newest product has a lot of potential, according to Metrigy's President and Principal Analyst, Irwin Lazar.
"Companies must be able to take advantage of new and emerging capabilities while also making sure they meet compliance requirements as the collaboration landscape rapidly evolves," he said. Concerns about security and compliance lead over 30% of respondents turning off access to collaboration applications and 23% disabling access to contact center platform functionalities, according to our upcoming Workplace Collaboration and Contact Center Security and Compliance: 2024–25 global study of more than 330 firms.
He clarified, "Theta Lake's capabilities help companies realise full value from their contact centre and collaboration investments by ensuring that they can safely deploy new features while meeting needs for data loss prevention, supervision, record-keeping, archiving, and discovery."
