With this achievement, Regnology has strengthened customer trust and operational security even further by earning the SOC 2 accreditation for its Rcloud platform.
The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) has accredited Regnology, demonstrating their steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data protection and information security.
Launched in 2022, the Rcloud platform is a product of Regnology's partnership with Google Cloud and provides enhanced regulatory reporting options. These solutions take advantage of Google Cloud's strong infrastructure and are made to be extremely flexible in response to changing regulatory environments. With more than 200 banks from 20 different countries currently using the platform, it is evident how crucial the SOC 2 accreditation is for ensuring both operational integrity and security compliance.
Regnology's Chief Information Officer, Antoine Moreau, reaffirmed the company's dedication to putting customers' requirements first and guaranteeing the highest level of data security. "At Regnology, our customers are our first focus and always will be. We are happy to have finished the SOC 2/ISAE 3000 certification process, and we're going to keep our unwavering commitment to creating and delivering the safest possible surroundings. This certification is a reflection of the steps we have made to safeguard the data of Regnology and our clients and adhere to the strictest international standards as we proceed to expand into new regions, particularly in North America and Asia, Moreau stated.
The ISO certification obtained in 2022 is enhanced by the SOC 2 certification in addition to other accreditations such as CSA STAR and SOC 1/ISAE3402 Type 2 Report for Software Development and Managed Services. Together, these certifications confirm Regnology's compliance with security and control design best practices, strengthening its standing as a reliable supplier of regulatory reporting solutions to the FinTech industry.
