Having worked in the finance industry for more than 15 years, Barnard specializes in the expansion and advancement of start-up and scale-up businesses. He will manage crucial departments including finance, legal, human resources, revenue operations, IT, and information security in his new position as Encompass's worldwide financial and business operations manager.
