The super-app's all-in-one people management platform, Revolut People, comes with a number of tools for hiring, performance, and HR.

Businesses who choose to pay for the service will be able to utilize Google Workspace to plan interviews and handle email correspondence from a single interface.

In addition, the platform has templates and e-sign integration for producing and distributing job offers, as well as an application tracking system for monitoring job pipelines and screening resumes. Using instruments that gauge an employee's competency and skills on the job, new hire performance can also be monitored.

Revolut has employed over 10,000 people worldwide under the initiative, and it intends to add another 40% to its workforce this year. According to the company, in 2023, it received over a million employment applications worldwide.
