Ominveta is an invoice purchasing business that works to increase financing liquidity for Danish SMEs.

Founded in 2012, Omniveta is an invoice purchase specialist that enhances CapitalBox's current portfolio of alternative financing options. In order to immediately enhance liquidity for Danish SMEs, Omniveta has been able to fortify cooperation with critical suppliers, especially through its KontantVedAcceptTM program. Suppliers are paid in cash, and Omniveta finances the company's SME clients so they can maintain the prearranged credit period. Better liquidity with suppliers, in turn, ensures healthy cash flows on both sides by securing delivery and removing calls for rapid payment. The distribution of payments and the approval of invoices occur concurrently. By forming more strategic alliances with companies such as Supply Finance, situated in Dublin, Omniveta was able to gain access to specialized financing platforms and obtain the required cash basis for expansion.

This transaction, which has been in the works since the previous year, was led by Nemira Palaimienė, Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at CapitalBox. From now on, Omniveta will be referred to as CapitalBox, and all of its employees will work under the direction of Anne Trampedach, the Danish Country Manager for CapitalBox, who has been in charge of the division since CapitalBox's 2016 launch into the Danish market. This purchase will revolutionize invoice purchasing for SMEs throughout all of the markets that CapitalBox now services, not only in Denmark.
