After working for the CME for the last 13 years, most recently as Managing Director and Head of EMEA, Michel will become a member of the senior management team at Tradition Group. He will be responsible for leading the organization's electronic initiatives and expediting the transformation of its high-tech, high-touch customer-driven strategy, reporting to the Global Executive.

With numerous platforms and procedures essential to its vast international clientele, Tradition has already moved a significant portion of its transactional flow to automated and hybrid execution. The CME and GFI, where Michel served as CIO for E-commerce and exchange, E-commerce, and IT, would greatly benefit from the rising integration of various technological advancements, data science, and artificial intelligence (AI) into a worldwide platform for its customers.
