CyberKinetics and CASE, which offers software and cloud engineering services to the US intelligence sector, have combined.

In order to better serve the national security community, the alliance intends to combine CASE's competence in software development and cloud engineering with CyberKinetics' competency in cloud-based services and cyber solutions.

Established in 2018, CASE, with its main office in Herndon, Virginia, provides the national security community with cutting edge and safe IT solutions, such as DevOps, data engineering, cloud migration, and infrastructure planning. Contrarily, CyberKinetics offers cloud-based services and cyber solutions designed specifically for the national security industry, with an emphasis on multilayer protection, ease of use, and ease of maintenance.

The private transaction's financial parameters were kept under wraps. The management staff of CyberKinetics will stay with the merged company after the merger. It is anticipated that the purchase will catapult CASE into the next stage of its development, allowing it to take on more significant contracts and more effectively address mission-critical issues.

AE Industrial Partners is a private equity group that specializes in industrial services, aerospace, and national security. CASE is one of their portfolio companies. As per the statement made by Jeff Hart, a Partner at AE Industrial Partners, the partnership between CASE and CyberKinetics is in line with the future of national security. It stresses on innovation and adaptability to tackle the most challenging tasks faced by the intelligence community.

Paul Farmer, CEO of CASE, stated, "Our team of highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and app developers understands the unique challenges that come with migrating to and designing for the secure cloud in the national security sector." "As we have a shared history of excellence and innovation, we are thrilled to join CASE," stated Brandon Lally, CASE's chief customer officer and the former CEO of CyberKinetics.
