Leeks offers a plethora of knowledge in medical malpractice and foreign casualty to Carbon, having worked as an underwriter for more than 35 years.

He had a leadership role at Everest Group before joining Carbon, and he has a track record of building successful portfolios. Leeks will spearhead Carbon's ambitious efforts to provide outstanding underwriting solutions in the healthcare industry in his new position.

The addition of Leeks to Carbon's executive team comes soon after Alex Poracchia was named chief financial officer.
