Asian pioneer in cyber emergency response, Blackpanda, recently announced a $6.7 million strategic financing increase.

Gaw Capital Partners and Singtel Innov8 co-led the investment round, with WI Harper Group contributing additional cash. Blackpanda's regional expansion is expected to pick up speed thanks to this capital infusion.

With $21.7 million invested in its Series A, Blackpanda has raised an astounding amount of money.

Blackpanda is committed to revolutionizing the way Asian firms handle cyber incidents and recover from them. Their flagship offering, the IR-1 solution, aims to offer firms end-to-end security and includes everything from incident response planning to full cyber insurance.

The additional funding will be used to broaden Blackpanda's market reach throughout Asia and enhance their IR-1 solution.

"Cyber attacks are an existential threat to businesses, yet most lack access to affordable emergency response services," stated Gene Yu, founder and CEO of Blackpanda Group.

For a set monthly fee, our IR-1 system offers end-to-end, cost-effective cyber emergency response. With this support, we can go one step closer to our goal of providing every organization with necessary cyber security.
