Ken Fullerton has been hired as the new Global Head of Operational Transformation at Apex Group, a global provider of financial services.
With an emphasis on client-driven technology and business process projects and enhancements, Fullerton will head the Operational Delivery and Improvement team. He will also be in charge of the Global Service Centers.
The organization, which is renowned for its dedication to transforming the financial services sector, has carefully placed Fullerton in this important position to promote sector expansion by fusing people and technological resources.
With any luck, this will improve its operating capacities and expedite procedures, which will benefit its clients in the long run.
Fullerton was formerly employed at SS&C GlobeOp, therefore he brings with him over two decades of expertise. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Fund Administration division of SS&C GlobeOp, where he was in charge of many functional divisions and worldwide operations.
His knowledge includes investor services, operations, fund accounting, client relationship management, and technology, spanning geographies such as the Americas, Europe, and APAC.
"I'm thrilled to be a part of Apex Group at a time when they're driving positive change throughout the industry," Fullerton said before to joining Apex Group, expressing his excitement for the chance. We take great satisfaction in providing a single source solution, and the fact that we continue to invest in the company's technology and personnel shows the scope of the offering globally, which is precisely why I wanted to join the team.
Apex Group's Group Product and Operations Officer, Christopher Mulhern, said,
"We're thrilled to have Ken join the Apex team. One of the last phases of the product/operations reorganization that started in January of this year is his appointment. One of the most important aspects of the transformation endeavor is establishing a clear emphasis and mandate on operational improvement alongside business as usual operations. Apex has won big with Ken's appointment as the team leader. We want Ken to spearhead the implementation of several projects aimed at streamlining company processes and utilizing technology, many of which were founded in Q1 of 2024.
