Money20/20, the premier fintech event globally recognized as the hub for financial transactions, is bringing the most powerful and forward-thinking regulators to Money20/20 Asia, which will take place from April 23 to 25 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand. Bangkok joins Amsterdam and Las Vegas as the third host city for Money20/20, which welcomes over 20,000 professionals in the financial services and fintech industries annually. More than half of the more than 200 presenters at Money20/20 Asia this year are executives with C-suite roles at the biggest fintech companies.

The Money20/20 Asia agenda features notable figures from the financial industry, such as CEOs of large banks, payment processors, IT giants, venture capital firms, and more. Five of Asia's most creative regulators are also included. The Financial Services Agency of Japan, Securities Commission Malaysia, Department of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and the Financial Consumer Protection Group of the Bank of Thailand are among the regulators who have already confirmed their attendance.

We're thrilled that so many of the major APAC authorities have selected Money20/20 as the venue for showcasing their innovative approaches to promoting growth and building frameworks for both regional and global expansion. "We're thrilled that Money20/20 can be a global platform for shaping the intersection of financial services, technology, and regulation in Asia. Asia's regulators are some of the most forward-thinking and collaborative," said Scarlett Sieber, Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Money20/20. "From driving forward fintech integration to harmonizing cross-border regulations and promoting cross-industry collaborations."

The incredible speaker lineup includes Natsuda Bhukkanasut, Co-Founder and CEO of Investree, who will join Amy Yu, APAC CEO of AMINA Bank, and Grace Chong, Head of Financial Regulatory at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, in a panel discussion titled "The Clash of Regulation vs. Innovation for Safety, Stability, and Growth" on April 23 at 14:35 at the Collision Stage.

Natsuda will discuss her views on the fine line that must be drawn between supporting fintech innovation and maintaining regulatory compliance to maintain the security and stability of the financial system.

It is a privilege for me to add to the Money20/20 Asia discussion on this important subject, which addresses regulation from a variety of angles. I'll talk about how fintech businesses, including Investree, deal with regulatory obstacles while still aiming to be innovative and expand during the panel. Finding a healthy balance that supports the quick development of technology as well as the stability of the financial system is crucial, according to Natsuda Bhukkanasut.

On April 25 at 11.30 at the Collision Stage, a panel titled "Regulatory Maze: Navigating Challenges in Cross-Border Payments" will discuss the complex world of cross-border payments. Leading Asian payment providers, including ALTPAYNET, Paypa Plane, and Juspay, along with global RegTech pioneer RegPac Revolution, will take the stage to break down the complex web of regulations and compliance barriers.

Navigating Challenges and Opportunities in ASEAN's Cross-Border Payment Landscape, scheduled for Tuesday, April 23 at 14:15 at the Vision Stage, is another session that shouldn't be missed.
