The credit app and online financial marketplace ClearScore has started a new consumer ad campaign that include a TV commercial mini-series featuring Charlie and his dog, Moose.
The "Wat Doing" TV commercial miniseries will highlight the platform's function as your "best friend for finances." The lives of Charlie and Moose, the beloved TV characters from 2016 to 2018, are chronicled in twelve episodes, which helped ClearScore become the top credit checking service in the UK.
By giving individuals control over their financial information and credit score, ClearScore assists more than 21 million people globally in improving their financial well-being. ClearScore's services are more important than ever in light of the present cost-of-living problem. The purpose of the new ad is to demonstrate how ClearScore may improve people's financial confidence.
In order to generate content that can engage with customers across a wide variety of traditional and digital media, a 12-month project has been committed to creating a series of advertisements that will air over the following two years in the UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
"ClearScore helps millions of people around the world make decisions that improve financial wellbeing," stated Justin Basini, co-founder and CEO of the company. Charlie and Moose's story is meant to make you smile and provide comfort. While ClearScore will never be able to fully resolve the cost-of-living issue on its own, we do our best to reduce the stress associated with money matters.I'm hoping that my mini-series of advertisements would cheer people up during a difficult period.
"Since bringing back the previous campaign in 2024, we've received cards, Facebook posts, and many messages about Moose being back on TV. We hope that all the love and attention we have given our new mini-series will make the campaign's return even more special," stated Marina Wong, Head of Marketing at ClearScore.
The "ITV presents" season teaser for the show will debut on April 13 during Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway opening break. Watchers can binge-watch the full season on YouTube after it launches. The season will also be available on all video platforms, including as Meta and TikTok, and will include extra content and behind-the-scenes photos that are only available there.
In the first trailer for the show, Charlie is shown as an average person who is going to have his entire existence turned upside down. Charlie loses his job during the course of the series, coinciding with the announcement of a baby's impending arrival. Moose is Charlie's constant companion when he returns to the workforce in search of new employment; his dependability gives Charlie hope that things will work out.
The Arnells, who write and direct together, are the creators of the miniseries for Merman Branded, And Rising. In the UK, Medialab developed media buying and planning.
